focus on strategic affairs, cultural diplomacy, and the Indo-Pacific. Kumar holds a
Master's degree in Japanese from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). His research
explores the historical, cultural, and strategic dimensions of the India–Japan
partnership, with particular interest in civilizational linkages, Buddhist diplomacy,
and contemporary geopolitical cooperation.
