I read a book 5-6 years ago. In it, the author had written that in the coming years, it would become almost impossible to conduct any examination in India without the paper being leaked.

His logic behind it was very simple. He said that morality is not genetic. Parents, school, and society make a child moral. Socialism has completely, utterly corrupted Indian society. The father sees his child coming home with bundles of notes.

In a government colony, the upright officer is called a fool by his own family. His daughter sees that the corrupt officer next door has bought an IAS son-in-law for his daughter, while she herself is struggling to get married because of a lack of dowry. When children go to school, they see that the master does not teach anything and asks them to come for tuition.

Even in engineering colleges, teachers have started taking tuition at home for their own students. Everywhere in society, children see that the policeman standing at the traffic signal does not listen without a bribe. The employee who comes to deliver the gas cylinder asks for something “extra.”

Will any child raised in this environment be moral?

Whom are we creating? Whom?

In America, you must have seen that against every presidential candidate, every person selected for the Supreme Court judgeship, some college classmate comes forward with an accusation of rape. Meaning, it has become impossible to find a clean person there.

Not only in India, but all over the world. The decline of society happens so quickly.

So where will the people who conduct NEET or any other examination come from? They will come from this very society. After all, contact has not yet been established with the people of Mars.

Along with this, there is also the demand-supply factor. Because of socialism, jobs/ careers are very few. The result of a single examination can make or break an entire life. Therefore, the demand for the paper is very high. People are ready to pay any price.

In this environment, people ask why papers are being leaked. One person, Kejriwal, had come saying that he would end this corruption by creating a Lokpal. No one asked him from which planet he was going to bring the Lokpal. He was also saying that he had received the Magsaysay Award, so he had divine vision.

His government was formed; one minister was caught with a fake degree, another was caught sexually exploiting women in exchange for ration cards. This was his divine vision.

If you try to talk about the only solution to end this corruption, this mad rush for leaked papers — the end of socialism — then people of every party sitting in power get so agitated as if some high blasphemy has been committed. Meaning, there can be no discussion about ending socialism. That is settled science.

So the summary is that after seventy-five years of socialism, Indian society has become completely, utterly corrupt. Paper setters, paper transporters, invigilators, and those who check the answers — all come from this very society.

And in this country there are such examinations that if you pass even by guesswork, you can earn thousands of crores in bribes; otherwise, you will spend your entire life struggling even to buy a pair of Hawai chappals to drag yourself on the streets, because due to socialism, no other economic activity is possible. So there is both the incentive and an entire machinery with weak morality.

Papers will keep getting leaked, people’s political careers will keep getting made, and they will keep making promises to stop paper leaks.

But as long as there is socialism in the country, nothing will change.

If you create a Leak Lokpal, even he will open a shop of bribery or will sexually exploit the girls appearing for the examination.

Humans become fools with pretence, not nature.
