SS guards rarely physically hit a person in the Nazi concentration camps. They shot them, but that was in extreme cases. For day to day handling of prisoners, SS guards deployed men from among the Jews themselves. They were called Capos (plural of capo which means leader in Italian). All survivors say that Capos were far more cruel and rough with the prisoners than Nazis.
Capos used to take bodies from the gas chambers to the ovens. They used to keep peace in the individual rooms full of prisoners. They would supervise prisoners during work. Beatings of prisoners were mostly done by Capos. Capos used to get better food, better clothing, better shelter, and they used to be the last to be killed.

Reading memoirs of survivors of the camps is heart-rending, because they bring out most vividly how man is reduced to animal instinct of survival when each is in danger of dying. How friends betray friends, how men literally try to push other men in their place to escape death today. How men become totally stone like indifferent to the suffering of fellow human beings being tortured/killed before their eyes.
Hindu ruling elite – the vote bank managers, Leftists, professors, bureaucrats and media- are our Capos. Hindus are being slaughtered, their land is being taken away, Hindu girls are being gangraped, love-jihaded; but these thugs are abusing us for some remark by some sadhu here, by some MP there. They are living a grand life by selling Hindus cheap, they order police to arrest uppity Hindus, to open fire on Hindus demanding their due, to look the other way when vote bank members are at their job of crushing Hindus.
Dhimmitude corrodes the soul, and eats human dignity. It breaks all bonds of brotherhood.
